1.Selected in the construction site outside the borehole drilled φ155mm×3155mm hole and Perpendicular to the
ground.
2.In the volume greater than 150L to collocate agent,add 50kg water and evocating agent,stir it until completely
dissolved,then add synergistic ion filler and stir it until pasty.
3.Implant earth electrode and take apart earth electrode two ends of the sealing tape,let 1:4 configured filler fill
the bottom of hole and let earth electrode implant the hole,top of the earth electrode is parallel with the ground
plane.Ground outlet, the other filler filling in the periphery of the grounding electrode to ground electrode tip
100mm, cover the helmets, measurement of grounding resistance, soil filling protective cap around the top,
above ground 100mm.

5.Matters needing attention:Drilling should not be greater than 155mm, so as toavoid the lack of filler;cover the
protectivecap when the attention of vent on the rodshall be dirt or feller plug,cap vent in theback fill above,do
not block.When a set of grounding is not up to the grounding resistance requirements,available two set or
several sets of parallel, spaced between rods and rod should not be less than 5m.Pinout should adopt 95mm2
multi strand copper wire, lead wire and the grounding electrode is connected with exothermic welding.
6.Use install whole KNFD electrode connected with bare copper,forming the main ring and the connection point
and use heat release welding.For other KNFD electrode installation repeat the first to the fifth step, the KNFD
according to the above steps after the installation is complete, and can be put into use.
Notice:Lightning needle downlead must be directly connected to the KNFD grounding system connected with the
landlord ring,the other equipment's grounding is connected to the host bus.
