Frequency Range The Ra-dome performances are relevant to the antenna centred in the Ra-dome in Ku band Radar.

The Ra-dome shall be able to withstand the environmental conditions described as follows: 2.2.1 Wind The Ra-dome shall be capable to withstand continuous wind speeds up to 55 m/s, up to 67m/s for gust. 2.2.2 Humidity and Temperature Temperature:-60℃~+70℃ Relative humidity: 0～100% 2.2.3Salt Fog The Ra-dome shall withstand salt fog at coastal area or during sea transportation. 2.2.4 Ice and Snow Load The Ra-dome shall with stand 200kg/m2 load of ice and snow.
Other The Ra-dome will withstand cracks, tears, corrosion and erosion.
Weight
The weight of Ra-dome is less than 80kg.
Materials
The wall is composed of a polyurethane core and two glass fabric reinforced plastic skins. The exterior surface of the panels can inhibit the formation of a water film and minimise the attenuation due to moisture and water. The thicknesses of the sandwich wall and the material feature shall be uniform throughout all of the Ra-dome.
Color
The color of Ra-dome is suggested with white or determined by the customer.
